I knew for Alara Reborn to be awesome it was going to have to pack a lot of cards and abilities that really up the anti for the block. So far I’ve been impressed with a number of cards. After viewing today’s spoiler card I am once again in awe of Esper.
I have a feeling Esper is going to be a force and while the ability cost isn’t cheap this card is really going to mix things up. Time Sieve probably has the best chance of any card in recent history of becoming broken. While taking an extra turn doesn’t mean you’ll win the game hands down it does help you set up a number of things while your opponent can only sit and wait. I can’t wait to see what good things are in store for this card.
Casual Magic 
need to have a sharding sphinx or something to help build up the artifact count…or something? the cost is really steep. but very cool.
Esperzoa + Minion Reflector?
Puppet Conjurer?
Hm. Time Sieve + Mir Incubater in an artifact heavy deck is pretty much end game.
Not to mention Animate a Nuisance Engine and Followed Footsteps it; heavy on the mana cost but you could keep the turns going for quite a while. I’m sure there are easier methods I’m not thinking of (isn’t there a Mirroden card that turns creatures into artifact creatures en masse? That with any token generation…). This card is sick…
rings of brighthearth + elsewhere flask + kaleidestone +Howling mine +borderposts +open the vaults + time warp = win.
I just bought four of these for my casual deck. Think an artifact heavy deck with modular creatures, and Disiple of the Vault. Sack the creatures for an extra turn and 5-20 damage to opponent. Move the modular counters to another creature. Now what at first seems like the drawback is now a useful ability.
